Terms of Service
Effective date: 20 October 2026
These Terms govern your use of InterOdin. In short: you buy prepaid credits, you spend them on API calls and chat, you keep the rights to your content, and you follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
Who we are and what these Terms cover
The InterOdin website, web chat, console and API (together, the “Service”) are operated by MEEP CLOUD ROMEX S.R.L., a company registered in Romania with trade register number J20/1485/2021, tax identification code (CUI) 44989045, and registered office at Bd. Iuliu Maniu nr. 21, bl. D1, sc. 2, et. 4, ap. 19, Deva, jud. Hunedoara, Romania (“InterOdin”, “we”, “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and us. By creating an account, buying credits or using the Service, you accept these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Cookie Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you may accept these Terms on its behalf, and “you” then also means that organization.
Accounts and security
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date, including invoice details.
- Keep your sign-in methods and API keys secret. You are responsible for all activity under your account and your API keys, including spending by anyone who uses a key you created.
- Tell us at [email protected] as soon as you suspect unauthorized use, and revoke the affected keys in the console.
- Organization owners and admins manage members, keys and billing for their organization. They can see the usage metadata of members, but never the content of members’ chats.
- Authorized InterOdin staff may access your account’s console to support you or to investigate abuse; every such access is audited, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service
InterOdin gives you access to Odin v1 and any other models we list, through an API compatible with the OpenAI Chat Completions, OpenAI Responses and Anthropic Messages formats, and through our web chat.
Our platform runs on servers in Germany, and the models run on GPU infrastructure in the European Union and the United States. We may improve, change or retire models and features. If we retire a model you use through the API, we give you at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the console, unless we must act sooner for legal or security reasons.
We aim for high availability but do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Rate limits apply and are described in the documentation.
Your content
Your content means the prompts, files and other input you send, and the output the Service returns to you. As between you and us, you keep all rights in your input, and you own the output to the extent the law allows.
You allow us to process your content only to provide the Service to you: to send it to the model, to return the response, and, for web chat, to store your conversations.
- API requests: we do not store the content of prompts or completions. We keep only metadata such as time, model, token counts, cost, latency and status.
- Web chat: we store your conversations so they sync across your devices. Other members of your organization, including owners and admins, cannot read them. Authorized InterOdin staff can see chats only through the audited, view-only support access described in the Privacy Policy.
- We never use your content to train models and never sell it.
Model output
Odin v1 is designed to answer directly and refuses less than many other models. Its output can still be wrong, incomplete, offensive or unsuitable for your purpose, and it is not professional advice of any kind, including legal, medical or financial advice.
You are responsible for checking output before you rely on it and for how you use it, including any legal duty to disclose that content was generated by AI. Similar prompts from other users can produce similar output, so output is not necessarily unique to you.
Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms. You must not use the Service to break the law or to harm others, and you must not attack, overload or get around the limits of the Service. If you build a product on the Service, you are responsible for how your own users use it.
Prepaid credits and prices
- The Service is paid in advance. You buy credits for your organization, and each request is deducted from its balance at the price in force when the request is made.
- Prices per token are shown on our pricing page and in the console. Price increases apply only to usage after the change takes effect, and we announce them at least 14 days in advance by email or in the console.
- Your organization's currency (EUR or USD) is set from its country; you can change it when you make your first top-up, after which it is fixed. At checkout, Stripe may offer to charge you in your local currency instead; if you accept, Stripe converts the amount and shows its conversion fee before you pay.
- Requests that run at the same time can take your balance slightly below zero. The difference is deducted from your next top-up.
- Credits are not money, earn no interest and cannot be moved to another organization. Credits do not expire while your account is open.
- With auto-recharge, you authorise us to charge your saved payment method the amount you chose whenever your balance falls below your threshold. You can turn it off at any time, and we turn it off automatically if a charge fails.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We issue an invoice for every top-up.
- Prices are final. MEEP CLOUD ROMEX S.R.L. is currently not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. If this changes, we will show any VAT before you pay.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from a credit purchase within 14 days of buying, without giving a reason.
When you buy credits, you ask us to make them available straight away. By using credits during the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for the credits you have used. If you withdraw, we refund the unused part of that purchase to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request at [email protected].
Outside the withdrawal period, credits are not refundable, except where these Terms or mandatory law say otherwise. If we close your account when you are not at fault, or stop providing the Service, we refund your unused balance.
Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time in the console.
We may suspend or close your account, an organization or an API key if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if a payment is reversed or disputed without good reason, if the law requires it, or if your use puts the Service or other users at risk. Where reasonable, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
If we close an account because of a serious breach, we may keep its unused credits to the extent the law allows.
Our rights
The Service, its software and documentation, and the InterOdin and Odin names and logos belong to us or our licensors. These Terms give you no rights in them beyond using the Service as described. You must not copy, reverse engineer or resell the Service, except where the law allows it.
If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.
Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties that are not written in these Terms.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for all claims related to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for intentional or grossly negligent conduct, or any liability or consumer right that cannot be limited by law.
Business customers
If you use the Service for business purposes, you will compensate us for third-party claims, fines and reasonable costs that arise from your content or from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or the law. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request at [email protected].
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For changes that are not purely editorial, we tell you at least 14 days before they take effect, by email or in the console. If you do not agree, you can close your account before the change takes effect, and we refund your unused balance. If you keep using the Service after that date, the new Terms apply.
Law, complaints and disputes
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
Please send complaints to [email protected] first; we reply within 30 days. Consumers can also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and use its alternative dispute resolution service.
The courts of Deva, Romania, have jurisdiction, but consumers may always bring proceedings in the courts of the place where they live.
