Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: 20 October 2026
Odin v1 is built to answer directly, with fewer refusals. That freedom comes with responsibility. This policy lists what you must never do with InterOdin. It applies to the API, the web chat and everything you do with the output.
Never allowed
The following are prohibited without exception, and we report them to the authorities where the law requires:
- Any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises minors.
- Sexual or intimate content depicting a real person without their consent, including deepfakes.
- Help to develop, produce or use chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear weapons.
- Planning, promoting or financing terrorism or violent extremism.
- Human trafficking or any other exploitation of people.
Illegal and harmful activity
You must not use the Service to break the law or to harm others, including to:
- commit fraud, run scams or phishing, or launder money;
- create or spread malware, or access systems, accounts or data without permission;
- make, buy or sell illegal goods;
- harass, threaten, stalk or dox people, or incite violence or hatred that is illegal where you or they are;
- collect or process personal data unlawfully, or profile people in ways the law forbids;
- infringe the intellectual property or other rights of others.
Deception
- Do not impersonate real people or organizations in a misleading way.
- Do not run large-scale disinformation or attempts to manipulate elections.
- Do not send spam or bulk unsolicited messages.
- Where the law requires it, for example under the EU AI Act, disclose that content was generated or manipulated by AI.
Abuse of the Service
- Do not get around rate limits, spending limits, suspensions or other technical limits.
- Do not share or resell API keys or access outside your organization without our written agreement.
- Do not probe, scan, attack or overload the Service.
- Do not open several accounts to avoid enforcement, or abuse payment disputes.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you send to the Service and for how you use the output, including in products you offer to others. If you build on InterOdin, give your own users clear terms and appropriate safeguards, and make sure your product complies with the laws that apply to it.
Enforcement
Because we do not store API content, we act on reports, legal requests and usage metadata. Depending on how serious a violation is, we may warn you, revoke API keys, limit or suspend access, or close the account. We may keep the unused credits of accounts closed for serious violations, to the extent the law allows, and we cooperate with authorities when the law requires.
Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse of InterOdin to [email protected]. Include as much detail as you can, such as times, request IDs and what happened. We review every report.
